Basic Standards for Medical Institutions (Trial)
This standard is the minimum standard that medical institutions must meet to practice, and is the basis for the health administrative department to issue the Medical Institution Practice Permit.
It is indeed difficult for a few regions to implement this standard. The health administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities can adjust certain indicators according to actual conditions. As a local standard, they can be implemented after being submitted to the Ministry of Health for approval.
Medical institutions that have not been listed in this standard may be implemented in accordance with the basic standards of similar medical institutions.
The basic standards for ethnic medical hospitals are formulated by the health administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. [1]

3. Housing:
