- Basic Standards for Medical Institutions (Trial)
- This standard is the minimum standard that medical institutions must meet to practice, and is the basis for the health administrative department to issue the Medical Institution Practice Permit.
- It is indeed difficult for a few regions to implement this standard. The health administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities can adjust certain indicators according to actual conditions. As a local standard, they can be implemented after being submitted to the Ministry of Health for approval.
- Medical institutions that have not been listed in this standard may be implemented in accordance with the basic standards of similar medical institutions.
