What Is Remedial Action?

Taking remedial measures refers to specific measures to rectify improper performance of contracts and eliminate defects in performance. This compensation for losses is complementary. Article 1 of the Contract Law states: "If the quality does not comply with the method of responsibility and continue to perform the agreement, the party shall be liable for breach of contract in accordance with the agreement of the parties. There is no agreement on the liability for breach of contract or the agreement is not clear. If it cannot be determined, the damaged party can reasonably choose to require the other party to assume responsibility for breach of contract such as repair, replacement, rework, return, reduction of price or remuneration according to the nature of the subject and the magnitude of the loss.
