What Is Stress Leave?
Vacations have been in place since the Han Dynasty, and were designed to allow North Korean and Chinese officials to return home and bathe every five days. Holidays are also known as "public holidays". Refers to the time that must be taken after working for a certain period of time as stipulated by law or an agreement made in accordance with the law.

- Article 36 The state implements a working hour system in which workers work no more than 8 hours a day and the average weekly work time does not exceed 44 hours.
- Article 37 For workers who perform piece-rate work, the employing unit shall reasonably determine their labor quota and piece-rate remuneration standard in accordance with the working hours system stipulated in Article 36 of this Law.

- Second spring festival
- Three international labor day
- Four national holidays
- 5. Other holidays as stipulated by laws and regulations.
- Article 44 Under any of the following circumstances, the employer shall pay wages that are higher than the normal working hours of the worker:
- Anyone who arranges to extend the working hours shall be paid a salary of not less than 150% of the salary;
- If a worker is arranged for work on two rest days and cannot make up for compensatory rest, he shall pay a salary of not less than 200% of his salary;
- Where three statutory holidays are arranged for workers to work, pay a salary of not less than 300% of the salary.
- Article 45 The State implements a system of paid annual leave.
- Workers who have worked continuously for more than one year are entitled to paid annual leave. The specific measures by the State Council.
