What is the formula for change?

The formula for change is the equation used by business managers to introduce organizational programs to overcome inertia and improve efficiency and productivity. Originally, David Gleicher, an associate professor of economics at Adelphi University, Liberal Art and Science of the University of Long Island in New York, New York, in the United States, was postulated for change. Gleicher worked with Richard Beckhard, a pioneer in the field of organizational development, in creating the original formula. Kathleen Dannemiller, co -founder of Dannemiller Tyson Associates, a USA management company, updated the formula for a change in 1992 to a more simplified formula used broadly.
