What Is the Relationship Between Organizational Culture and Organizational Change?

This book systematically describes the basic situation of the organizational culture of Tsinghua University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. From the multiple levels and aspects of iconic features, institutionalized elements, value traditions, etc., the two are systematically described and analyzed in depth. Therefore, the characteristics of the organizational culture of universities known for engineering education; the introduction of diagnostic and evaluation tools of university organizational culture to investigate and diagnose the organizational culture of Tsinghua University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Based on the study of the organizational changes of the two universities, the basic conclusions are drawn that the ways, steps and effects of organizational changes in universities are influenced and restricted by their organizational cultures.
