Certification of a higher human resource professional (TV) is a credential for people who want to prove their knowledge and skills in the field of human resources. In order to obtain a REPR certification, a person must usually gain experience in human resources, especially in positions that require to ensure that other people are supervised. Once a person has gained significant work experience, he must usually pay a fee and pass the exam to obtain a TV certification. This certification is available through HR Certification Institute, which is an organization based in Virginia, which offers certification in the United States and worldwide.

The individual looking for the TV certification is thus done via the HR certification institute. This organization offers professionals three different certifications in the field of human resources. It offers a professional in the field of Human Resources (PHR), which is for individuals involved in everyday TASSS necessary in human managementMedical resources and the sprays that focus more on strategic management, positive change and design and planning. It also offers a certification of the global human resource professional (GPHR), which is intended for individuals who have international responsibility for human resources.

In order to be eligible for passing the TV exam, the person needs at least two years of experience.
