How Do I Prepare for a Real Estate Broker Exam?

The national qualification examination for real estate brokers adopts a unified national outline, unified propositions, and unified organization of the examination system. It is jointly organized and implemented by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction, and is held once a year in principle. The real estate agent's practice qualification exam is qualified. The personnel department of each province, autonomous region, and municipality directly issues the "People's Republic of China Real Estate Agent Practice Qualification Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Personnel and printed by the Ministry of Personnel and Construction. The certificate is valid nationwide.

According to the "State Council's Decision on Cancelling and Adjusting a Group of Administrative Examination and Approval Items" issued on August 12, 2014 (Guo Fa [2014] No. 27), the professional qualification license and recognition of the real estate agent's qualification examination were cancelled. The Ministry of Construction is responsible for compiling the outline of the real estate agent's qualification examination. Pre-exam training is conducted on the principle of separate training and examination and voluntary participation. The Personnel Department is responsible for examining the subjects, qualifications, and test questions for the qualification examination for real estate agents, and organizing the implementation of the examination work. Work with the Ministry of Construction to inspect, supervise, guide, and determine eligibility criteria for the qualification examination for real estate agents. Real estate brokers' associate qualifications are implemented in a unified national outline, a system of propositions and examinations organized by provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities.

Real estate agent qualification examination exam requirements

Each test subject is an objective question. Answer on the answer card. Candidates should refer to the designated test site with their ID cards (excluding expired ID cards and old temporary ID cards) and admission tickets. For reference, candidates should bring a blue or black ink pen or ballpoint pen, 2B pencil and eraser, and a small calculator without programming capabilities. It is strictly forbidden to bring BP machines, pagers, mobile phones and other communication tools and materials that are not related to the test into the test room seats. Disciplinary requirements for the real estate agent qualification examination

(1) All localities must strictly implement the registration requirements for real estate agents' examinations, take strict examination disciplines, and ensure that the examinations are fair and fair.
(2) According to the "Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel Held by the Residents of Hong Kong and Macao in the Mainland" (Guo Ren Fa Fa [2005] No. 9) and the "Registration of Qualification Examination of Professional and Technical Personnel to Taiwan Residents" Notice of Related Issues (Ministry of the People's Republic of China [2007] No. 78) in the spirit, residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan apply to take the real estate agent examination, when submitting the application, they should submit their identity certification and relevant professional work years to the local registration institution. Certificates and corresponding professional qualifications or degree certificates recognized by the education administration department of the State Council.
In order to facilitate the statistics of the professional and technical personnel in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan taking the corresponding examinations, when reporting the information of applicants, the localities should accurately fill in the "nationality (region)" column information.
(3) In order to better do the examination work, ensure the safety of examinations, and maintain uniform test room management standards, the examination centers in all provinces should be located in provincial capitals. The provinces that established city-level examination centers in the past should be adjusted accordingly.
(4) The subject of "Case and Analysis of Real Estate Valuation" is an open book examination. Candidates can bring paper materials for their own use only, and cannot be exchanged with other candidates.
(5) Candidates are not allowed to bring electronic notebooks, pagers, mobile phones and other communication equipment into the examination room; those who have been brought into the examination room must cut off the power supply and store them with other items in the designated location, and they must not bring them to their seats.
(6) When a candidate enters the examination room, the invigilator should carefully check the admission ticket and ID card, and instruct the candidate to correctly fill in the admission ticket number and name in the designated position on the answer card or answer sheet. The invigilator should carefully fill in the name of the person who missed the exam and the admission ticket number on the record sheet of the examination room, and write (paint) the name of the person who missed the exam, the number of admission ticket, and the mark of absence on the answer card. The invigilator may not stamp the "missing exam" or "disobedience" chapter in the area filled in with the answer card to avoid affecting the reading of the answer card.
(7) Acts in violation of examination discipline and related regulations shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Provisions on the Treatment of Disciplinary and Professional Violations of Professional and Technical Personnel Examination" (Order of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security No. 12).
