What does a regional official do?

The regional official is a chosen or appointed official who deals with a wide range of duties, from the supervision of all elections to the operation as the main official of the District Court. He or she keeps birth, marriage and records of death and is responsible for legal publications. The regional official also serves the regional commission as its secretary, sets an agenda, records records and votes and manipulation with administrative tasks for the Commissioners.
