What does the quality manager do?
The
quality assurance manager is responsible for the supervision and management of people who ensure that products and services meet customer expectations before the products go to the market. He or she is generally responsible for the quality of the product at all stages of its development, from the factory to the market. Customer expectations also play a big role in this work.
There are several obligations that the quality manager has, although they may vary depending on the society for which it works. First, the quality managers must set standards for quality. Often quality managers begin their career as an input level of quality inspectors or have some experience in driving. Two -year study programs in quality management are offered for those interested in this type of career. Some companies require managers to have a four -year titleY and often require a bachelor's degree in business or engineering.
In addition to possible education requirements, managers may need license or special certification depending on society. The most important aspect of work is to ensure that the customer's expectations and requirements as well as all security requirements are met.
