Employers sometimes maintain a number of temporary employees on board because they do not have to pay them for leave or sickness leave. Many benefits available to permanent employees are not available for temporary employees.

Some psychologists claim that many workers can grow MCJOB mentality. People who serve in these types of roles for a long time can be conditioned or washed by brains to love work without stress. The fear of leaving McJob and getting a role with responsibility for many years has left several people for many years. Psychologists have gone so far that they equalize the number of stars on the worker's badge, which means the length of time with a company with a range of ties of brain. It may not be too long for medical instructions for a MCJOB temporary worker.
