What are binaural rhythms?

Binaural rhythms occur when one listens to sound in one ear and a similar but slightly different sound in the other. The resulting dissonance creates a sound in the brain that is not really there. Imaginary sounds are called binaural rhythms. Many people claim that these rhythms can cause states such as relaxation and concentration. Other people believe that these states are the result of the power of the design, not the binaural rhythm. For example, the brain produces waves between about 1-3 Hz when you sleep. Similarly, brain waves between 8-13 Hz occur when a person dreaming or fantasy. It is assumed that listening to binural rhythms causes the brain to mimic these frequencies and cause a corresponding state whenever one wants. So if one wants to meditate, you can listen to the binaural rhythm to the desired extent to help him get the domestic state.

While the brain can produce brain wool with low frequencyEmi, one is unable to hear frequencies below about 20 Hz. Therefore, binaural rhythms are created by listening to two different sounds. If the sound of 100 Hz is heard in one ear and in the other you can hear the sound of 108 Hz, the brain can hear the sound of 8 Hz even if it is not there. The resulting binaural rhythm can then cause different states of mind. It is assumed that these rhythms can be used to induce focus, creativity and help a person to meditate whenever he likes.

Although it seems clear that one can experience different states by listening to binural rhythms, skeptics do not think it works as many think. Rather than attributing the brain imitating the binaural rhythm, some believe it is the power of suggestive thinking that gives people the desired result. They believe that if you were listening to the same rhythm without telling them what to do, they would have different results.

It is said that listening to binural rhythms is safe for many people. For some, however, it can be dangerous. For example, those whoThey have some mental illnesses and those who had brain injuries should not listen. It is also recommended that pregnant women and those who have heart problems or cardiacs avoid these rhythms. Also, a person should not listen to rhythms when they ride, run heavy machines or deal with other potentially dangerous activities. Before testing any form of binural rhythms, it may be wise to contact a doctor to ensure that it is a safe and effective tool for this individual.
