3. Maintenance precautions:

For example: 2.1 Adhesive mold for plastic inlet: Use copper needles to knock out at the feeding nozzle. Do not use hard objects such as steel needles to knock the mold. 2.2 The mold cavity has slight mold marks, and the polishing material can be selected according to the surface finish of the cavity. Polished materials such as sandpaper cannot be used on the textured surface. Generally, a copper brush dipped in diamond paste or diamond mortar is used for brushing. 2.3 Product sticky mold: Generally cover the product and ejection part with hot plastic, and eject it after cooling. Take care not to damage the mold surface if it is burned.
(3). Professionals must not change the structure at will when repairing the mold. The structure needs to be changed only after the quality engineering department agrees.
(4). To ensure the quality of maintenance, select the appropriate equipment, materials, tools and methods to solve problems, and complete them as quickly as possible.
