What is the injection molding machine?

If a small amount of resin is required in the form, the reciprocal screw is used, as only 5% of the entire amount can be accumulated into the hopper. The RAM injector is used when at least 20% of the total amount in the hopper must be forced into the mold.

The

Warpage is usually solved by adjusting the surface temperature of the mold or adjusting the mold thickness. Impersions on the product surface can be repaired by temperature treatment, humidity or pressure levels.
