What are different alternative hair loss treatments?

Hair loss is a common problem for many men and even women. Whether it is caused by bad genes, health conditions or even the natural process of aging, hair loss has caused a number of treatment procedures designed to stop occurrence and replaced the lost hair. This treatment range from transplant surgery to medicines to cosmetic products. Some treatments are not viable for many people and others prefer more natural alternative treatment. Various alternative hair loss treatments include improved diet, vitamins and herbs. Increasing the intake of some food does not cause other hair to grow at once, but it can cause hair to have healthier health and improve the condition of the scalp. The recommended diet has high protein levels, but a low amount of carbohydrates and fats. Nuts and fish can increase the intake of essential fatty acids such as omega 3.

Some vitamins and minerals can be obtained from the diet and some comein the form of an accessory. For example, iron is found in green vegetables such as spinach, while vitamin B12 is in eggs and meat. Biotin, on the other hand, even though it is present in foods such as liver and eggs, is available in such a small amount that instead of this is an additional form. Other minerals such as zinc and copper are essential, but they should not be taken in larger quantities than what is usually available in multivitamin.

There are many plant and fruit extracts that can function as an alternative treatment for hair loss. Green tea is assumed to help treat hair loss due to its antioxidant properties and because it can prevent hormonal activity that can cause the problem. Aloe vera, with a gel of plants shaken directly on the scalp, can stimulate hair growth. The meat of red peppers works as well. It is assumed to stimulate the cells of the scalp through thethat it acts as an irritation of the skin, which subsequently induces the immune system to initiate the release of histamines, chemicals involved in allergic answers.

This reaction of the immune system is assumed that they will stretch nutrients on the scalp and improve circulation, which promotes hair growth. Other plants and fruits recommended as an alternative treatment for hair loss include Pila Palmetta, collected in accessories or used in shampoo; apple vinegar, applied as rinsing; and ginger, taken tea or used as a hair tonic. Drugs, rockets and nettle are other useful ingredients. Although alternative hair loss treatment comes from natural sources, the doctor should still be consulted before they are used regularly, especially if the patient is treated with other forms of therapy.
