What is a reflective map?

Reflexology is an alternative therapeutic technique that assumes that pressure on different parts of the legs or hands can affect changes in the rest of the body. A reflective map is a diagram of the hands or legs that shows which pressure points on the limbs are associated with which parts of the body. Usually the hands and legs are divided into color -marked cuts, each of which is marked with the corresponding part of the body. A reflective map can be on the poster, so the therapist can easily refer to the patient's pressure on the patient or can be printed on a sock or glove. These points are found on the front and back of the hand and on the top and lower legs. Reflexological doctors claim to help patients achieve a wide range of health goals such as weight loss or stopping pain, apps on these points in a strategic way. Medical science has found that applying hand pressure or leg pressure triggers the brain to send signals to the rest of the body that causes relaxation of parts of the body but other medical APLIce techniques require further research.

practicing techniques usually uses a graph called Reflexological Map to help target specific pressure points. The reflective map is usually a diagram of the foot, although there are also hand maps. The graphs are often color -marked, so the therapist can find important pressure points faster. Each part of the body is usually represented by a different color. For example, the heart is usually represented by red color and the stomach is often bright green on the graph.

According to the reflex map, the right leg and hand are connected to the right half, while the left leg and hand are connected to the left half. The fingers or fingers placed on the "top of the foot" of the leg and hand are connected to the head and neck and organs, glands and tissues in them. The map usually depicts the ball of the foot like connected to the upper back and the thoracic area, as well as the heart and lungs. The inner part of the foot is associated with the spinalarea, while the outer part is usually connected to the shoulders and shoulders.
