What is the cereal?

cereals is a mechanical device that is designed to accept the amount of total, dried grains and crushing them down into the flour or pushing them into a more manageable state. There are two main cereal types, a hand -controlled mill and an electric mill, with some models for each type of operation. Inside the mill, the whole grains can be either crushed by rolling wheels, a broken bump blade or a ground with a burn, with several types of grinders using a hybrid system that relies on a snail and milling plate. Most of the mills have a certain type of restriction on what is crushed, with a resolution between soft grains, hard grains and oily grains, which can sufficiently oil in time to reduce the efficiency of the cut mechanism. There are many types of cereals, with some speed focused, others on comfort and some that are more specifically designed to focus on maintaining grains under a certain temperature or wet grain grinding.

The main goal of the grain mill is to somehow reduce the size of the whole grains. This could mean turning grains into a fine powder that can be used as a flour for baking, or it could include cracking or dividing the grain so that it can be softened in water and easier to eat. The simplest type of mill is known as a stone mill or cylinder and is made of one stationary wheel and one movable wheel. The wheels can be made of stone such as granite, but are more often made of composite materials or metal. The grain is milled by crushing between stones, allowing the best grind of any milling method, even if it cannot be used with oily grains.

uses a burnt type of cereals. It is a bike that was dotted with small, sharp teeth that break the grains when the wheel rotates. Burr Grindsky betray the hard gdeště, but often is not able to create flour that is as gentle as the one created by the stone mill.

A cheap option that can be used in very small units is called impact cereals. It consists of two boards that have concentric circles of teeth mounted perpendicular to the plane of the plate. The teeth are placed so that when the plates rotate, they toss together, but do not touch. When the grains are powered between the boards, the tooth pressure crumbles grains. Impact Mill can be very effective, although not all models allow the size of the grind and the plates themselves are sometimes exposed to damage by heavier grains or dirt in grains such as stones.

There are some problems that may occur when using cereals. One of them is the heat generated from the rapid grinding of grain, which can shorten the life of the flour by heating oils or by reducing the natural amount of nutrients in grains. Another common problem of IS noise generated by a mill that can be very loud in some electric models.

cereal size can vary very much. For home use, mills can range from very smallA and compact - about the size of the coffee grinder - to extremely large, sometimes occupy the whole table. Commercial mills can be as large as the whole room and act with gas engines.
