What is the Air Force Physical Fitness Test?

The physical fitness test of the United States (US) (AFPFT) is a comprehensive test of the physical fitness of Airman based on its performance on the four main components of the test: aerobics, body composition, push-up and crushed. Airmen are awarded points based on their performance during each of the four components of the test and the aviation man must get a score of 75 or more out of 100 to pass the test.
