What is the gum?
chewing rubber is a product made of natural or artificial latex or chicle, as well as a natural and artificial aroma that will never break when chewing. This allows people to satisfy their oral fixation without food or smoking. Although Chicle provides the best taste and texture of chewing rubber, which is rarely used, because one tree chicle gives only 35 ounces (one kilogram) chicle every three to four years. In 1892, Wrigley Chewing Gum was founded by William Wrigley, Jr., who created a popular flavor, such as juicy fruit, doubleint and Wrigley's Spearmint. Since then, the rubber has been made in various flavors. Regular varieties are sweetened with either sugar, corn syrup or dextrose. Sugar -free varieties are sweetened with carbohydrate or aspartame. The average rubber stick is 79 percent of sugar or artificial sweetener. All you need is a microwave bowl, citric acid, corn syrup, powder sugar, flavor, glycerin and gum base. GreatRhno flavors are mint mint, cinnamon and vanilla. Most of them are sold for conventional foods, except for glycerin base and rubber found in the craft store.
Mix 1/3 cup (78.86 ml) of the gum base, 1/4 teaspoon. (1,23 ml) citric acid, 1 teaspoon. (4,92 ml) glycerin and 2 tablespoons. (29.57 ml) corn syrup in a bowl of microwave. Place in a microwave for a minute. While it is a microwave savings, spread the powder sugar on the boards and leave an empty area in the middle. Put down some powder to immerse your finger.
Remove the gum base and mix approximately 6 drops of the aroma. Empty the mixture from the bowl and drop it to the cutting board. Voice in powder sugar for at least 20 minutes. If your hands or mixture feels sticky, add more powdered sugar. The longer it is kneaded, the stronger the rubber will be.
Match the mixture with a rolling pin.Roll flattened gum base into the shape of a rope. Cut into standard pieces of chewing with kitchen scissors. Use wax paper, cellophane or plastic bag to store rubber.
