What is a pear vodka?

Prušková vodka is a vodka, which is filled with a pear. Some varieties may contain an aroma imitation, while others may be mixed with real pear juice. This type of vodka is usually added sugar, which omits flavors and softens the sharpness of alcohol. Although some like to drink a pear themselves, most people prefer to mix it into cocktails. It follows with a number of other alcohols filled with fruit and also with several different types of soda.

Although widely available in wine and spirits stores, it can also be made at home. This relatively simple infusion process begins with fully ripe pears. Fruits with a solid, sweet body, which is fine bite, usually works best. Red pears are usually sweeter than green or yellow pears, but those that make a pear should choose their favorite variety. Pears must be washed, peeled, deployed and cut into pieces of thumb size.

Good quality vodka is other necessities of ingredients. A little more expensiveBrands with a smooth, fresh taste usually work best. Smooth vodka is usually easily mixed with pear sweets, while harder varieties can develop unpleasant bitterness that overloads the taste of the fruit. Although this recipe usually requires an ordinary vodka, it can replace vanilla, currant, melon or even citrus vodka with another aspect of taste.

One has to fill the Masonic container to the top of the pears and add as much as possible without crushed. Vodka goes another and fills the Masonic container to the brim. The lid should go to the Masonic vessel as strictly as possible to prevent contamination. Once the mixture can be lidded, it can cook in a dark, cold place in a month. Some chefs like to gently shake vodka infusion every few days to help the distribution of taste, but that is not necessary.

When the vodka is ready, it must simply create fruit and a bottle. If you use an ordinary vodka, instead of pre -sowingObri, maybe you will want to add a cup (about 200 grams) of sugar to infuse to emerge a pear. Simply stir the vodka until all sugar is dissolved. A wine bottle with a cork or a new clean masonry container should keep the vodka fresh almost indefinitely.

Pears filled with vodka from this recipe may not waste. They can become cocktails with cocktails. Some of these cocktails include simply mixing pear vodka with citrus sodium. Other cocktails may include vanilla rum, ordinary vodka and fruit liqueurs, including those with melon flavor, cherry, orange and apples.
