What is Statistical Sampling?

Definition: Statistical sampling refers to a sampling method that has both of the following characteristics: (1) randomly selected samples; (2) evaluated the sample results using probability theory. Sampling methods that do not have the above two characteristics at the same time are non-statistical sampling.
