It is used in places with many coins, scattered and miscellaneous coins, such as bus companies, and its implementation functions mainly include paper coin separation, coin sorting collection, banknote unfolding, flattening, direction sorting, and classification collecting. Power and transmission module and circuit control module. The paper coin separation module uses a fan and a box with a guiding effect to initially separate the coins. At this time, the coins are sorted and sorted by the sweeping chips, and the banknotes are sorted by a specially designed processing module.
1.Banknote processing module
The module's working steps are conveying banknotes one by one, unwinding banknotes, identifying face value, flattening, arranging direction and sorting collection, mainly including brushes, scrapers, banknote adsorption wheels, spiral rubbing wheels, image recognition sensors, soft leather rollers, Structures such as pressing wheel, hot plate, guide swash plate and banknote collection box.
(1) The banknotes are conveyed one by one by the banknote adsorption wheel. The banknote adsorption is completed with the help of a brush and a scraper. One end of the hollow tank is connected to a vacuum pump, and one end is sealed. The slot is inside the hollow wheel. Driven by the transmission belt, the spiral rubbing wheel rubs and unfolds the banknotes, and the soft leather roller has a pressing function to unfold the banknotes, preventing it from returning to the original state.
(3) Flattening: This step is completed by a hot plate and a pressing wheel. A heater is installed on the hot plate. After checking, the flattening temperature of the paper is 200 ° C, which has the shortest heating time, good effect and no damage to banknotes.
(4) Directional sorting and collection: the bus terminal has one yuan as the majority, and the remaining denominations are small. Therefore, the banknotes are divided into one yuan and the other two types, which are completed by a swinging baffle on the swash plate that can be rotated and image recognition control The guide swash plate rotates to form different slideways, and the banknotes finally enter the collection box at the end of the swash plate by their own gravity.
2.Circuit control module
In the automatic control part, a square wave generator made of 555 timer completes the control of all stepper motors, and realizes the functions of paper and coin separation, coin sorting and banknote sorting. The lower machine chip STM32F103 mainly completes the functions of accepting the signal of the sensor and processing the corresponding interrupt, receiving the signal of the upper machine and controlling the steering gear. The host computer, the PC, mainly completes the function of controlling the USB camera to complete the image detection and recognition of the face value of the banknote.
