In order to fully implement the national civil service system and ensure the smooth progress of the personnel system reform, in accordance with relevant regulations, after studying with relevant departments, the "Interim Measures on Issues After National Civil Servants Are Dismissed" has been formulated and distributed to you. The actual situation of the department will be carefully implemented, and the relevant situations and problems in the implementation will be informed to us in time.
In order to implement the "Interim Regulations on National Civil Servants" and to ensure the smooth implementation of the system of resignation and dismissal of national civil servants, the following issues are provisionally provided for the relevant issues after national civil servants are dismissed:
1. After being dismissed, a national civil servant shall, within 30 days after receiving the "Notice of Dismissal of National Civil Servants", carry the relevant documents to the relevant agency designated by the local government personnel department (hereinafter referred to as the "relevant agency")
If the working period is less than two years, it is three months; if it is two years or more, it is four months; if it is more than two years, one additional month will be issued for each additional year, but the maximum period shall not exceed twenty-four months.
5. The termination fee will be suspended when one of the following occurs:
(1) The collection period has expired;
(2) re-employment;
(3) joining the army;
(4) leaving or settling abroad;
(5) Being reeducated through labor or sentenced.
6. The dismissal fee required for the dismissal of a national civil servant shall be paid by the unit to the relevant institution in one lump sum within fifteen days after the decision to dismiss the national civil servant is made. The required expenses shall be adjusted within the budget of the unit.
7. In areas where unemployment insurance for government employees has been carried out, related matters after the national civil servants are dismissed shall be temporarily handled in accordance with local unemployment insurance regulations.
8. This Interim Measures will be implemented from the date of promulgation.
9. The Interim Measures will be explained by the Personnel Department.
