What is an improvement proposal

What is a problem ticket
Someone asks, there are many employees, especially front-line employees, how can he not find the corresponding improvement methods in the problems encountered at hand? They can use the form of "problem tickets" to record the difficulties they encountered, the unhappiness they felt, and the discomfort they saw. You can't even write a hyphen, can you always say it? Submit it to your immediate supervisor. Relevant personnel who have the ability to improve, have a certain technical background, or have a management foundation can directly improve the problems you have raised. Then your work will be smooth, and you will not encounter the same problem next time.
Therefore, the "problem ticket" is to allow front-line operators (such as packagers, cleaners, porters, etc.) who have insufficient work experience, insufficient logical thinking ability, and weak writing ability to integrate daily work and life. Or find out the problems, difficulties and upsets, and actively feedback them, and submit them to the team to discuss ways to improve the feedback. This also mobilized a channel for all staff to participate in the proposal improvement activities.

What is a proposal card
The "Proposal Card" goes one step further than the "Question Ticket". Encourage all employees to encounter problems, find problems, think about the reasons, think about how to improve, write mature improvement methods and methods in the form of "proposal cards", and submit them to the team for evaluation and implementation. Therefore, the "Proposal Card" is to allow employees at all levels with rich work experience, strong logical thinking ability and a certain writing ability to actively analyze the problems, difficulties and upsets encountered or found in daily work and life, and analyze the reasons. 3.
