What is a motivational program?
The motivational program is any type of program that motivates participants in a certain way by offering them some form of reward. Incentives can be used in different ways and in many different places. They could help encourage members of the company to achieve certain goals, or could eliminate further learning in the classroom. In shop incentives, they are often used in the sales industry, but this is clearly not the only way people could be inspired to achieve more. First, people should have a clear goal of behavior they want to encourage. They must also have an idea of what type of incentives they offer when employees achieve the set goals.
For example, sales manager wants every sales representative to increase his sales by 20%. The manager must decide how to offer the motivation that could work. This Could Be Money, Two Special Trip, Wonderful Concert Tickets or many other things. Intelligent manager could introduce this incentive with a corporate lunch orwith training aimed at to get the seller to increase their sales. Since 20% is a big goal, the manager could also set lower goals with smaller prices to encourage each employee to make the best possible performance, and make more employees happy because more of them would "win" incentive prize.
There are also many types of motivational programs in schools. Teachers can provide small rewards for increased reading, strong grades and citizenship or for many other things. As with the Sales Director, the teacher must sell the motivational program as something special that students want to earn. Since the rewards are usually smaller, the teacher may actually have a larger work program. He or she must also be more sensitive to the problem that lower class students may not be able to achieve performance to the level that would gain any offered afterMisery.
In the classroom or office, the motivational program will not work well in most cases if there is no routine respect for students or employees. People tend to be more productive if they are happier, and that means that the motivational program can never replace skillful driving or teaching that is respectful. Rather, any such program should be considered as a growth of already refined and qualified managerial or teaching approach. If this is not the case, it risks that it will be ridiculed rather than to create excitement.
