It is important to realize that the development of the organization is not something that is done once, and never has been re -executed. Many factors can affect the organization that requires constant changes or shifts in how things are done in the long run. For example, as society grows, politicians, procedures, and even the company's facilities may require change or improvement to move society beyond the border of the place where it is today. For this reason, the development of an organization is more of an ongoing process than a task, which is to be completed and has never approached again.
