What is a process -based procedure?
Procedure -based procedure is an approach of management or management trying to define the policies that manage the functioning of the organization and to develop procedures that most effectively provide these policies form and function. If this approach to process management works properly, it allows to structure everyday operation so that the mission, objectives and values of society are always in the middle of what is and does not take place in the workplace. Together with the vision, procedural management also considers the establishment and possible implementation of specific objectives. This process includes long -term and short -term goals. Assuming the company's goals are in line with the vision of business, the goals can serve as a measure of how well the society holds its vision. If internal procedures that are introduced by these goals and are in line with the company's vision, then the control team practices an approach based on a process that is in the best interest of the company.
It is important to realize that while the company's vision will change less, the goals and procedures used to achieve them can change from time to time. Factors such as consumer requirements, changes in the general economy and the need to develop new ones orImproved product lines will have some impact on how managers work in their respective areas of responsibility. For this reason, the process based on the process always requires managers to evaluate the current procedures in the light of new development and take steps to adjust the structure and business function so that it can continue to function the highest level of efficiency.
