What is the Best way to Apply for Employment?

On October 13, 2017, the Ministry of Finance issued the Administrative Measures on Employment Subsidy Funds with Caishe [2017] No. 164. The "Measures" are divided into general rules, the scope of fund expenditure, the allocation and release of funds, the application and use of funds, the management and supervision of funds, and Article 40 of Chapter 6 of the Supplementary Regulations. The Circular of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Interim Measures for the Administration of Employment Subsidy Funds (Cai She [2015] No. 290) was repealed at the same time. ^[1]
