Why is it sometimes difficult to adapt to new collaborators?
New collaborators are the expected reality. When we change employment, we suddenly have a group of new collaborators who will get to know and with them. Yet, even if we stay at work, we still have to adapt to new collaborators when the old leave or grow society. Adaptation to these new workers can be particularly difficult if they have problems inserting into corporate culture.
If you are firmly set in the culture of your company and it seems that your new associate does not even seem to be trying to fit in, it could be tense among you. Try to help him pleasantly. Show her ropes and try not to judge a new rental too hard. Remember what it was like when you started in a new company, but at the same time consider that the experience and abilities of this person may differ from yours.
Another cause of trouble adapting to new collaborators may be your relationship with the person who had a job. Although you were not friends or even especially close asCo -workers, you may just get used to how this person has done his work and how he communicated with you every day. It is amazing how much custom can happen to us unless we consciously realize it.

Finally, we have to focus on our work goals and not let any inconvenience with collaborators who get in the way to develop professional relationships with every person in society.
