If a party and government leading cadre resigns and an economic responsibility audit is required in accordance with relevant regulations, the party committee (party group) and its organization (personnel) department shall entrust an auditing agency to conduct an economic responsibility audit. - Those who refuse to go through the formalities of handover shall be punished in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Party and government leading cadres shall not resign without authorization during the period of resignation approval or during the organization's decision to suspend their resignation. Those who resign without authorization shall be punished in accordance with relevant regulations.
- If a cadre who blame resignation or is ordered to resign simultaneously proposes to resign from public office, he shall meet the conditions listed in Article 12 of these regulations. Among them, cadres who order to resign at the same time propose to resign from public office, must follow the procedure of voluntary resignation.
- If a cadre who blame resigns or is ordered to resign constitutes a disciplinary violation, the party shall be given disciplinary and disciplinary sanctions in accordance with relevant regulations; if he violates the law, legal responsibility shall be investigated.
- Cadres who blame resignation, order resignation, and voluntarily resign from leadership positions shall be appropriately arranged according to the reasons for resignation, personal conditions, and job needs.
