Chapter III Members

Article 12 The Association consists of individual members and group members.

Article 15 Members have the obligation to abide by the constitution of the Association, implement the resolutions of the Association, participate in the activities of the Association, accept the work entrusted by the Association, and pay the membership dues; have the right to vote and be elected, to advise, criticize and comment on the work of the Association and its leaders. Article 16 Group members accept the commission of the Association and are responsible for contacting individual members of the Association or the system on their behalf.

Article 17 Members have the freedom to resign. When a member requests withdrawal, the membership will be terminated after confirmation by the office meeting of the Association.

Article 18 When members' creative achievements, copyrights, and other legitimate rights and interests are violated, they have the right to ask the Association to protect them. Article 19 If the members of the Association seriously violate the regulations of the Association or commit serious illegal acts or violate criminal laws, they shall be approved or stopped by the Secretariat of the Association.

Chapter IV Organization

Article 21 The organization principle of this association is to develop literature and serve writers.

The highest authority of the Association is the office of the China Writers Association:

1. Decide on the working principles and tasks of the Association;

2. Formulate and revise the articles of association of the Chinese Writers Association;

3. Received by election at all levels;

Individual representatives of the National Congress are elected by group members through democratic consultations among their main leaders. National commissioners need to perform the following tasks:
