What Is Coeducation?

The educational community refers to a community formed by several countries in the same region to jointly launch and coordinate the use of educational television satellite resources and jointly prepare educational television programs. It is an inevitable requirement for the in-depth development of the global information revolution. Advocated by the UNESCO International Committee for Educational Development in the book "Learning to Survive". They believe that the countries concerned should respect the sovereignty of each other, respect their respective education systems, have a common desire for reform, and carry out the following tasks on the basis of common consultation: (1) jointly design, launch or mutually rent educational television satellites; 2) Jointly compile nationwide educational television programs; (3) Unified space communication system transmission and distribution channels; (4) Adjust domestic programs from the perspective of pedagogy and linguistics. Relevant countries can offer educational programs on common subjects such as geography and mathematics, as well as add programs with their own educational characteristics (such as history courses in their own countries), and introduce science programs and rural development programs that suit their needs. When necessary, an international agency can be established to determine the policies of the program, arrange the broadcast time, eliminate various differences, avoid the danger of uniform education levels, or avoid external pressure under the guise of technical assistance.
