What is the bid sheet?
Many projects for construction and home improvement are awarded by an offer process. The process begins when the project owner issues a request for suggestions (RFP), which contains information about the work to be done. Suppliers use the information contained in the RFP to estimate the costs to perform the assigned work. These costs are submitted to the owner in the form of a proposal of an offer that the owner must compare with other offers to select the supplier.
In order to make it easier to compare the menus, the owners can use a document known as the bid sheet. The charging sheet can be a simple sheet of paper or a complex table, depending on the range of the project. It contains a list of all tasks needed to complete the task.
