Refers to the full-time junior college education recognized by the state and not counted as working hours. The study time at the school is based on the state-sponsored academic system. If it is shorter than the state-sponsored academic system, it is calculated based on the actual study period. The foreign education system is determined by the National Student Service Center.
The salary scale of the staff member is adjusted according to the position currently employed. If it is lower than the salary scale of the staff member who is adjusted according to the lower-level position, the staff member may be adjusted according to the lower-level position.
