What is the inner capital?

Internal capital is a term related to the different considerations of the employee's view of wages that he receives in connection with the idea or observation of what wages he should. In other words, workers approach their current work situation of evaluation of how much they pay for their services in relation to the efforts and skills needed to fulfill these obligations. It is also an analysis of the value of an employee for the organization and analysis of an employee difference between the structure of salaries between organizations.

An example of the application of internal equity can be seen where the worker checks the overall wage for fulfilling obligations in a particular organization compared to what another worker in another organization receives for the same obligation. For example, a cashier in a bank can compare wages and benefits from this bank with wages and benefits paid to other narratives in another bank. The outcome of this study will be expected to the banking cashier whether in the organization for which he works, there is a reasonable application of his owna drink.

In some countries, the parameters of internal capital are derived from the law concerning matters such as the compensation of righteous workers. For example, in the United States, there is a law that deals with internal capital issues, the Federal Act on the same remuneration at the federal level, among other state laws adopted to ensure that there is the same and fair structure of payments regarding employees' compensation under the Board of Directors. The internal capital is also related to the benefits and other forms of compensation that employees can reasonably expect on the basis of their duties and type of structure in other organizations.

The reason why the application of internal own capital for organizations is so important is that it is in most cases the law and where this is not the case, helps prevent possible degradation of industrial relations between organization and employeeanci or organized work. In addition to any compulsory laws and rules, it is also part of good human resources practice so that the organizations concerned apply the principles of internal justice in their payment. This is a necessary process that helps to calm, encourage and facilitate greater productivity among employees for their satisfaction with the reward they receive.
