What are the multidimensional art movement?

Multi-dimensional movement Arts® or MDMA® is a body modality that is practiced in water. Art combines lack of gravity when it floats in water with massage and techniques similar to yoga. While the client floats, multidimensional Movement Arts® practices help them relax through gentle body handling, which may include stretching, pressing and shaking. Work in warm water allows clients to fully release the muscles and helps to slow down circulation and heart rate. The aim of MDMA® is to work on physical, energy, spiritual and emotional bodies. Clients can be ready to feel relaxed, re -aligned and open to potentially experience emotional and spiritual editions.

The practice was developed by Sandy Friedland, a native of Miami Beach in Florida and a long -time body. ARTS® multidimensional movement was inspired by Friedland's love for water and waves. Other MDMA® experts combine techniques with different body modalities such as Thai massage, Lomi Lomi and Yoga. Some decide to offer MDMA® along with other treatments, while others mix the treatment together.
