What causes the cerebrospinal fluid of rhinorrhoea?

rhinorrhoea cerebrospinal fluid occurs when the cerebrospinal fluid or csf that buys the brain, leaks by the surrounding membranes and bones and appears through the nose. Everything that causes a tear in the dura and arachnoid material, membranes that close the brain and CSF, and also create a hole in the skull could lead to the creation of a drainage canal between the brain and the nose. The most common cause is head injury, as a result of an accident or gained during surgery. Tumors and congenital defects can also lead to cerebrospinal fluid outflow through the nose, or may occur without any obvious reason. Rhinorrhoea is a British spelling and in the United States the word is more typical of rhinorrhea. In approximately 90 percent of cases, the problem is caused by the heads to the head. Generally speaking, cerebral fluid rhinorrhoea can be divided into two main categories with various causes known as traumatic and atraumatic. Traumatic cases are cases that arose from the injury, and atraumatic are caused by otherthe causes of the causes.

traumatic causes of cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhoea can be further divided into those that occur as a result of surgery and those caused by accidental injuries. Random injury is more common and can consist of a strike into a head with a blunt object or what is called a piercing injury, where something pierces the skull. Sometimes the CSF leak is recorded immediately, inside the first 48 hours, and at other times there may be a delay of up to three months before the state becomes obvious. Non -chrgic injuries, such as motor vehicle accidents, are more likely to lead to immediate CSF leakage, while the leak after surgery can take longer than develops longer. The types of surgery, which are usually associated with the cerebrospinal fluid of rhinorrhoea, are neurosurgical procedures and surgery of sinus.

the atraumatic cause of rhinorrhoea cerebrospinal fluid includes congenital defects in which the LebKa and membranes surrounding the brain do not work properly. Aggressive tumors can grow through the skull bones and disrupt the Dura Mater membrane, allowing CSF to escape from the subarachnoid space around the brain. Sometimes it seems that the brain fluid rhinorrhoea is spontaneously, but it is usually the result of increased pressure inside the skull. This increased pressure eventually weakens the bones and causes a hole, allowing herniate membranes and sometimes brain tissue.

rhinorrhoea cerebrospinal fluid is associated with a serious risk of brain infection or meningitis, which can be fatal. Some cases may be treated with a combination of rest in bed and medication. Others require surgery to repair basic defects.
