What is binaural meditation?

After the discovery in 1839 that sound impulses can affect the activity of the brain wool, binaural meditation has become a popular tool to help relax. In order to be successful in binaural meditation, the individual must still ignore the thought patterns and separate from the predominant feelings to enter the meditative state. The use of binural rhythms should be considered a tool that helps in achieving meditation.
