What is the third eye meditation?
The third eye meditation is a technique by which the practitioner tries to expand awareness by removing layers of disillusionment from the mind. It is assumed that it lies in the third eye, which is the pituitary that lies in the head, in the area between the eyebrows. This method is used as another part of regular meditation practice.
