What is a trance meditation?

Meditation trance is a method of induced mental calm that reduces electrical cycles of the brain to the state of four to seven cycles per second or slower, known as the state of Theta. This is a characterized by a state of relaxation or dreaming and a fully conscious beta of 14 to 40 cycles per second compared to the normal alpha and fully conscious beta. Trance meditation practice has conducted many cultures throughout the centuries and is expected to help solve problems, self -confidence and a deep feeling of connection with all living things. One of the most popular meditation techniques uses sound instructions. It relies on sounds that have what binaural rhythms are called, with different sounded on each ear by mixed separate hemispheres of the brain to create harmony of brain activity in both left and right hemisphere. It is believed that this balance of brain activity helps in access to a higher level of consciousness. Sounds can be composed of music or what the brain interprets as noise, and their primary roleU is separated by someone from normal reality by concentrating his thoughts inside through the process known as brainwave enturainment.

Meditation types may vary depending on the experience of practicing and personal interpretation. Some experts believe that only the deeper states of the brain wave will lead to insight and revelation, but there are this thinking. The state of Delta, where the brain cycles at 0.5 to 4 cycles per second, is both an analogous superconscious state, among those who promote meditation, and the state -of -the -art coma and a complete lack of awareness for those in the medical fields that describe it. The alpha state, which is a relaxed state of mind, which is more active than Theta, is also sometimes considered to be a trance of meditation state of a certain advantage.

In medical literature or neurological studies there is no doubt that practicing tranz meditation changes the level of brain activity and can concentrate it in a way that is notusually present in the awakening of life. The controversy occurs when the definition of the benefits of this practice attempts to quantify. Among the general advantages that seem to be a by -product practicing tranz meditation supported by academic research include reduced anxiety and better control over dependence and emotional states such as depression, increasing intelligence and memory level, and improved learning ability. Since the process of trance meditation itself is unique to each individual, but it is difficult to accurately quantify its effects for the general population and most of the evidence of its effectiveness remains unofficial.
