What Are the Parts of a Pipe Production Line?
The pipeline coating production line is a production line used by the pipeline industry for pre-processing, powder coating, heating and other processing activities. Paint to protect or decorate metal and non-metallic surfaces.

- Make the painting environment as clean as possible. During the spraying process, reduce the dust in the outside air as much as possible, and the chance and possibility of the dust brought in by other channels and the workpiece.
- Four commonly used methods for pipeline surface pretreatment:
- (A) surface cleaning
- Surface cleaning refers to the removal of all visible oil, grease, lime, old anticorrosive coatings and other soluble dirt on the steel surface. Oil, grease and other dirt can be cleaned with solvents, emulsions or alkaline cleaning agents, steam, etc. The tools used can include rigid fiber brushes, steel wire brushes, rags, etc.
- (Two) tool derusting
- Tool derusting can be divided into two methods: manual and power tool derusting. Hand tools include wire brushes, grit paper, spatulas or similar hand tools. Power tools include rotating wire brushes, grinding wheels, and more.
- (Three) spray (polishing) derusting
- Blast (blast) rust removal refers to the use of sandblasting or shot blasting to remove rust from metal surfaces.
- Shot blasting or sandblasting to remove rust has a high surface efficiency. For pipeline anticorrosive layer repair operations, it can be mainly used in the process of repairing anticorrosive layers.
- (D) Pickling
- Pickling refers to cleaning the surface of steel with an acid solution containing additives such as corrosion inhibitors to achieve the purpose of removing dirt and rust. This method uses smaller mechanical equipment, lower cost, and is simple and easy to implement, but the surface roughness of the metal after disposal is small. This method can be used for the pre-treatment and punishment process of the inner surface of buried pipelines, and is generally not used in the repair process of the outer anticorrosive layer. [1]
- Electrostatic dusting equipment replaces the spraying process of liquid coatings and has the following characteristics:
- 1. Electrostatic dusting is solvent-free spraying, which basically eliminates solvent poisoning and environmental pollution.
- 2. Mechanical properties, impact strength and wear resistance are unmatched by liquid coatings.
- 3. The electrostatic spray coating has stronger adhesion than the solvent coating, and the coating has better corrosion resistance and three-proof performance than the liquid coating.
- 4. The electrostatic spraying process can save energy, the powder coating can be recycled and reused, and the comprehensive economic indicators are also superior. [2]
- Hot air circulation ovens generally have heating tubes, and ovens with circulating fans can be called hot air circulation ovens, because no matter what the structure of the oven, the wind direction is horizontal or vertical, after all, hot air is circulating inside, so they can be called hot air circulation ovens. Such as electric blast ovens, high temperature sterilization ovens for open doors, etc.
- The hot air circulation oven air circulation system adopts the fan circulation air supply method, and the air circulation is uniform and efficient. The air source is driven by a circulating air supply motor (using a non-contact switch) to drive the wind wheel through the heater to send the hot air out, and then to the interior of the oven through the air duct, and then suck the used air into the air duct to become the air source to circulate again. Use with heat. Ensure uniform indoor temperature. When the temperature value swings due to the opening and closing of the door, the air supply circulation system quickly restores the operating state of the hot air circulation oven until it reaches the set temperature value.
