What Is a Quality Control Circle?

The quality control circle refers to the management cycle formed during the quality management process. Its main feature is that the control of quality is not final, and the purpose is to eliminate the remaining problems in the quality management process. The content includes four stages: (1) planning stage. Analyze the status quo, find out the existing quality problems, then analyze the causes, and find out the main factors affecting quality. Develop a solution to the problem, and implement the individual or department to solve the problem and the time for the solution. (2) Implementation stage. Implement the plans and measures formulated. (3) Inspection stage. Check whether the results of implementation meet the predetermined goals. (4) Processing stage. Sum up successes and failures. Incorporate relevant standards, systems, and regulations; consolidate achievements and prevent recurrence of the problem} Put forward the remaining problems that have not been resolved and transfer them to the next cycle as the plan goals for the next phase.
