The aim of
sophrology is to help people control mental states and become more comfortable in their bodies. To do this, the practitioners use physical movement along with mental exercises. Proponents of this alternative health method say that people who practice it feel more relaxed and better able to deal with life stress and concern. He developed the technique at the age of 60 in Switzerland. Initially, he used sofrology to treat psychiatric or medical disease, but now this method is practiced by health people as relaxation technology. The movement is designed to help people realize their bodies. This physical consciousness is associated with the mental consciousness of the world around them. The aim of this technique is to teach people that the environment and thoughts inside the head affect the body and vice versa.
