What is system therapy?
In psychological treatment, systemic therapy concerns the type of therapy used for two or more people dealing with the problem. It is a psychological term that concerns family therapy, although it is not limited to families. Any type of group can benefit from this therapy that can offer easier solutions to group problems, as systemic therapy does not include psychoanalysis or individual counseling. The primary focus is to cover the overall problem instead of a particular problem. When the group is offered a solution, it can also be used for other problems. These options usually based on the assessment and diagnosis of the problem. During this time, some behavior, motivation and past experience can be explored. For systemic therapy, the solution can be found what is best for the group as a whole and personal relationships do not cover the solution. It is called system coaching.
A creative approach can be used in terms of problem solving. The therapist that deals with a particular group may not try to a problem inyres. Instead, it can try to allow the group to find their own solutions by introducing various scenarios and ideas. Systemic therapy gives group control over problems by allowing group members to find viable solutions themselves. These solutions can be used in the future, especially if they are effective.
everyday home or workplace interaction can be more productive using system therapy. Individual measures no longer affect the whole group, as there may be specific rules or regulations that prohibit such actions. For example, if there is a problem in the group, because one or more people cannot keep up with work, then a specific overall regulation can be solved by expectations of work related. This elna is similar to any slowdown and it is the best solution for the whole group. It also eliminates problems that may occur in the future.
It is also possible to explore the behavior of the whole withdomes. When the group responds negatively to the problem, this can lead to many problems. The solution in this case may be an attempt to change certain behavior patterns. Solving patterns instead of individual people can help achieve faster changes because no one will blame others. By developing new ways to solve patterns and introducing changes, the group will be able to solve other problems using these same formulas.
