What is the technique of emotional freedom?

Emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a form of therapy developed in the 90s of Gary Craig, consecrated minister. The theory is based on the therapy of thought therapy developed by Roger Callahan. Craig refers to the technique of emotional freedom as an acupuncture without needles and claims that its use will significantly improve both mental illness and chronic pain or other disease, because the "energy field" of the body, if disrupted, creates negative emotions and disease. Despite some reviews of recognized psychotherapy magazines, the tide seems to turn on this technique with many pseudo -science. When patients are in the therapeutic session and discuss negative emotions or pain, these meridians can tap their fingers and restore the disturbed body energy. While Callahan's earlier therapy dictated field thoughts dictated a specific order to touch these meridians, EFT does not simplify and simplify Callahan's work, making it easier for therapists and laymen.

Two studies published in 2003 suggest that people using emotional freedom techniques were able to slightly reduce phobias. An interesting part of one of these studies, however, in scientific review of mental health practice was that it seemed that the control group of people undergoing EFT, who were provided with false meridian points, reported as much improvement as people who tapped the recognized meridian points. It is assumed that clicking on the body can provide some distractions in a discussion of deep emotional content, and this distraction could help people aim a focus from deep psychological pain.

It seems that both studies prove that tklobouk is talking more likely to relieve pain than clicking on specific parts of the body. Yet Craig's website about the technique of emotional freedom tends to look at the therapy as a lengthy and not particularly useful. In addition, its website claims that EFT can be used to treat or solve diseases such as chronic pain. While he and other experts provide unofficial evidence that it works, the inability to test it through the scientific method means that the claims concerning the effectiveness of salt grains should be accepted.
