The therapist then tries to restore the balanced flow by massaging certain vital points across the specific meridians. When receiving Zen Shiatsu therapy, the patient is forced to lie down on the floor. This is an IDEal position from which the physician can easily put pressure on different parts of the body by body weight. It is important that a patient who receives Zen Shiatsu therapy wears light and free clothes.
