Everybody eats?

Everyone dreams, but not everyone remembers their dreams. Some people may have intense memories of a dream, while others remember only a few details and others cannot remember anything at all. Although the circumstances of how much we remember our dreams may vary, dreams are still essential to brain development. Dreams occur mainly during the phase of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep, which is one of the two main phases, the other is the phase of unattractive eye movement (Nrem). Sleep Rem is characterized mainly by increased movement of the eyes associated with its name, but also includes increased brain activity, accelerated breathing, relaxation of the muscle system and more intense dreams. Sleep NREM has four different phases or levels during which dreams may or may not occur, and usually will be less intense when so.

Not only everybody dreams, but everyone also has several dreams of dreams every night. In general, the ability to remember the dream is tied to whether you wake up in a dream or not. In other words, if the PRYou will clean up during or immediately after a dream, it is likely that you will remember it and if you sleep over it, you probably won't. Some people can remember their dreams live for a long time and others forget them quite quickly.

People who believe they do not eat or enter Slep, simply do not remember their dreams. There are psychological reasons why the mind would not really allow one to remember a particular dream. An example would be when a particular dream is so intensely real, that the person who had a dream would not be able to recognize whether this actually happened. This type of gray area between dreams and reality cled up to damage if one dared to believe that their dream was a reality. What if they dreamed that they could leave the cliff and fly? In this example, the mind is better to close memories of a dream than allowing to blur reality up to the point of bodily harm or evendeath.
