What is the bartender, what is the lava flow?

lava flow is a mixed alcoholic beverage that builds on the more famous Pina Colada and strawberry daiquiri. It is a popular drink in Hawaii and in other tropical type centers. The drink can also be tasty without alcohol. In fact, it is an excellent drink or a cocktail for a child party.

Traditional lava flow is produced by a shot or 1.5 ounces (0.044 liters) of light rum, pineapple juice, cream coconut, puree strawberries, half banana and crushed ice. To achieve the correct appearance of the lava flow, the strawberry puree is first poured into the glass.

Most bartenders prefer a hurricane glass for lava flow. It is a stopping of a tall glass that curls inside to the bottom, and then pushes outwards at the top. It somewhat resembles traditional curves of female figure. It has a flowing red lava. Mixing all ingredients together can still make a nice drink, but it will not have a satisfactory look of the lava flow.

Some bartenders insist on adding lime juiceand strawberry schnapps. This can add more alcoholic content to the drink. Some bartenders also omit a banana. The lava flow can also be administered with glass soaked in powder sugar and can also contain coconut milk.

The completed lava flow can also be decorated with fruit such as pieces of pineapples and mangoes. It is also sometimes known as an "umbrella" drink because it is often decorated with a small paper umbrella.

Because the drink is sweet, the taste of rum can be negligible. This means that the lava flow is associated with a number of other drinks that are quickly consumed without taking care of containing a shot or more alcohol. One should watch the number of drinks because it is quite easy to exaggerate them on sweet drinks. Also enjoy the lava flow without guilt by providing the designated driver for the evening.
