What are the different types of mutton curry?

mutton curry is a common meal served in India and Pakistan. It is generally prepared with different combinations of a wide range of spices. There are many recipes of mutton curry. Each India region has its own version of this popular meal. Some curry are spicy or hot and other types are creamy with traditional curry taste.

The unburnt flat bread, which is commonly served in India, is called chapati. This bread can be used to convert meat and food sauces or a sandwich type. Mutton also creates a great ingredient for stuffed pastry called Samosa, which is fried or baked.

Hittinad is an area in India known for its combination of heavy spices. The recipe for Hittinad mutton curry should have garlic, ginger, shallots, cumin, pepper corn and fennel seeds. Tumerical powder, corianderpasek and chili powder culminate in paste in which mutton is mArinated. The mutton is then cooked in mustard seeds, curry leaves, tomatoes and onions.

Andhra Spicy Sutton Curry is a similar version of Hittinad, but to create a spicy version uses black pepper and red chili. The coriander leaves and powder add spicy, walnut, almost citrus taste. The Andhra version is a popular meal in the Andhra area.

The

version of Mutton Curry in the cashmere area has a slightly sweet sauce. This curry uses the sauna powder, also known as the seeds of fennel and sugar to create a sweeter variation. Khoya is sweet milk powder available in India and is added to curry. Ghee is a cleaned butter that is added to the taste sauce and increases the smooth texture of curry sauce.

The

GOAN region has its own type of mutton curry that uses less spices than some of the spices. This version marinates mutton in creamy sauce turmeric and yogurt. Pepper, coriander and red chili add tro to sauceyou bite. Dried coconut smoothes the sauce and adds sweetness to balance spicy.

Masala masala Kari is prepared with cloves, coriander, tumerical and poppy. Chili powder and coconut add a sweet and spicy aspect to the meat. This version is different from the others in that the meat is dirt, then deep fried. The onion is fried in oil, then the marinade is combined with oil and creates a sauce.
