What are tofu noodles?

noodles are spaghetti similar to strands made of soy cottage cheese and flour. This type of pasta alternative has become popular as a healthier and lower caloric substitute for traditional pasta. Tofu pasta is particularly suitable for those who have specific eating concerns such as vegans, people on a low carbohydrate diet and people with gluten allergies. Shirataki® noodles are available in three varieties: spaghetti, angelic hair and fettuccine. They are made of tofu and mixed root of Konnyak, plant vegetables from Asia. Shirataki® tofu is 100% vegan, without gluten -free sugar. Although they were part of many regional cuisines, Shiakati noodles tend to have a sliding, rubber texture. As Evolved's food science, and more people required pasta alternative, scientists have added tofu to the traditional form of Asian noodles Shirataki. They found that the texture was significantly improved - albeit, admittedly, not the exact replica of the conventional pasta texture - and tofu added protein and ZDEmerging carbohydrates. The final product was then sold and sold to consumers with knowledge of health.

Traditional pasta is extremely high in calories and carbohydrates. As a result, those who have allergies to food and dieters are often recommended to reduce or avoid the consumption of pasta. Tofu noodles, on the other hand, have extremely low calories and carbohydrates and also offer a significant dose of fiber.

noodles are easy to prepare and integrate into recipes. They are wrapped in water and sealed in small bathtubs and are basically ready to eat directly from the package. However, these low calories do not want much to consume. Like the basic tofu in the style of block, tofu noodles receive the tastes of food around them, making them a perfect complement to recipes requiring pasta, which often rely on sauces and spices for taste.

The sky is a limit in terms of decision -makingTom how to use tofu noodles. The easiest way to prepare them is to throw them into the soup at the end of the cooking time of the soup. They can be added to a series of Asian dishes, but creative chefs have found brilliant ways to use tofu noodles. Some of the more imaginative recipes include Shirataki® Ratatouille Tofu, Shirataki® Curry Tofu, and even Tofu Shirataki® Noodle Pudding.
