What is the balance?
Balance Dome is a multi -purpose piece of exercise equipment. It consists of half the exercise ball with a solid plastic plate connected to the bottom. Balancing boards combine the properties of several different types of devices such as a balanced board and exercise ball and are therefore useful for a number of different training techniques. These include training and stability, as well as exercises such as push up. Part of the ball ball can be inflated or released, which makes transport easier. Pumping the exercise dome requires a foot pump, although it is usually included in the package. This is commonly used to exercise stability - especially if a person does not yet manage all exercises or has a poor balance. Tubes and handles are also useful for people who use exercise dome to rehabilitate injuries. If an elastic hose is equipped with a dome, it can also be used to ensure resistance in certain exercises.
The dome exercises are sometimes used to rehabilitate ankle and other lower leg injuries. When the injury is suffered, it can often weaken muscles that provide stability. Stability training, such as Balance Dome, is used to imitate an unstable situation that helps build muscles to the desired level. Sometimes these types of exercises are referred to as proprioration exercises. Proprioception is the ability of the body to feel where it is in relation to other objects and is vital to stability and balance.
One of the most basic stability exercises using a balanced dome is to convert it into your ball side, stand on a flat part of the dome and hold a tube for support. The ball starts to create an instability that must face the person doing the exercise. This may be difficult to start, but after some time the balance and stability of the person will increase. When exercise becomes a straightforward, the tube can be launched to increase the difficulty.
Another exercise called push-up balanceKupole, increases both muscle strength and stability of the upper body. A person using dome performs pushing on a flat side. Since the ball side of the dome is in contact with the floor, the added instability is much heavier than the regular pressure up.
