What is cooking over prevention?

Boil, in which water and other contents over the sides of the pot - and often dreaded - kitchen accident. The mess is often found in inaccessible slots of the oven and spilled food becomes a sticky, burned mess. One way to reduce the chances of catastrophic cooking is to use boiling over a preventive engine, tool or gadget designed especially to prevent water from boiling. Although there are a number of methods to avoid boiling, many include adding something to a pot or lid that prevents the content from reaching overheated temperature. This coating floats on the surface of the water and over time it forms a foam layer. Foam, especially from rice or pasta, tends to prevent natural ventilation, making the liquid overheated. When the liquid is too hot and foaming is centrifuged or mixed in time, it may boil. Theoretically, effective cooking over prevention would absorb this extra heat and maintain the temperature below or at the correct boiling point, orO would prevent foams from building on the surface.

There are a number of different methods that can be used to prevent boiling. Some cooking experts suggest older solutions, such as leaving clean wooden spoons in a pot when heated to boiling temperature. Another domestic cure for boiling is to ensure that the pot is large enough for the volume of food. The use of a larger pot or less water can be an effective and cheap boiling form above the preventive.

A conventional booth above the prevention found in many stores looks like a glass or ceramic disk. This disc is placed on the bottom of the cooking pot before adding water and other ingredients. This high-tech device is designed to sit next to the pot and direct a stable but fine air flow over the water surface. If the foam must not form completely over the surface, it cannot create a super heating situation.
